Methven Classes
Hello, my name is Jun, living in New Zealand for 20 years after shifting from Japan.
I was first introduced to Zhineng Qigong in early 2016 at Teacher Wei’s workshop in Auckland—and I loved it immediately. Since then, I’ve continued practicing with DVDs and joined various workshops led by different Zhineng Qigong teachers to deepen my experience.
After completing a Zhineng Qigong healer, then teacher training course, I began teaching locally with two in-person classes each week, as well as two online classes. More recently, I’ve also started offering a weekly online class in Japanese.

Beginners class: Wednesdays 10:30am – 11:45am
Experienced class: Wednesdays 9:00am to 10:15am
< Online zoom classes > for any level of practitioner: Fridays 9:00am to 10:15am
Sundays 7:30pm to 8:30pm
Japanese class Mondays 7:30pm to 8:30pm

There is no Zhineng Qigong Day programme being held this year.
