Wellington Workshop with Masters Lu and Ling
Master Lu is a friend of Wei Qi Feng and Xi Xiao Feng, dating from their shared 1993-95 Teacher Training under Dr Pang Ming. The four teachers have taught alongside one another since 2011, both in China and throughout Europe. Ling and Lu have also taken Zhineng Qigong to North America.
Masters Lu and Ling are unable to travel to New Zealand due to the coronavirus, but they will join us by video link for three hours of teaching each day. We have reduced the workshop to three days and dropped the daily cost. The workshop focus remains the same.
In this workshop we will:
° Study Zhineng Qigong theory.
° Participate in qigong practice to better understand the theory.
° Learn and practise methods to improve the quality and abundance of bodily qi.
° Learn and practise how to use the mind in healing different illnesses.
The teachers will discuss various causes of ill health, and how to prevent and reverse illness. The ‘laws of life’ that govern our state of being will be explored. Based on this, participants can focus on aspects of particular relevance or interest to them, to enhance their own state of health and/or to better assist others.
Workshop venue: 31 Hobson Crescent, Thorndon. Friday arrival from 8:50 for 9:30 am start. Saturday 9:00 – 5:00, Sunday 9:30 – 5:00. Short morning and afternoon tea break with hot drinks and snacks provided. Delicious vegetarian lunch included in registration fee, with gluten and dairy free options. (Please inform us of any dietary restrictions when you register.) Class ends around 5:00 pm. Cost $250 for the three days, $190 for two days.

Our recently refurbished workshop venue has been used by the Zhineng Qigong Trust since 2003. The secluded Thorndon villa is a short walk from the railway station and downtown, and very close to the Airport Flyer bus route. There exist a wide range of accommodation options close by or in the downtown.
The retreat is suitable for people with no prior experience of qigong, as well as advanced practitioners.
